Biscayne reinterprets the classic steakhouse with innovative island flair. At Biscayne, you'll find premium cuts of steak and top-grade fish, prepared and presented with a fresh new twist.

Hours of Operation: Sunday, Monday and Thursday from 5pm -10pm, Friday and Saturday from 5pm -11pm. Closed Tuesday and Wednesday.

Beach Café

Beach Café is brought to life by its natural, vibrant setting and delectable cuisine from around the globe. Featuring breakfast, lunch and dinner, Beach Café adds a contemporary twist to traditional favorites. This blend of creative cuisine and beach club lifestyle provide the ideal dining experience day or night.

Hours of Operation: Breakfast 7 a.m. – 11 a.m.; Lunch 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.; Dinner 5 p.m. – Close. Featuring a breakfast buffet from 7 a.m. – 11 a.m. daily.

Bacio by Carla Pellegrino

Named the “Best Italian Restaurant” in the 2012 “Best of Las Vegas awards, Bacio by Carla Pellegrino is an elegant trattoria serving authentic Italian fare created and prepared by celebrity Chef Carla Pellegrino. Bacio favors simplicity over complexity and allows the true flavors of these authentic Italian dishes to shine through.

Hours of Operation: Tuesday – Saturday 5 p.m. – 10:30 p.m. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Room Service is available 24 hours a day.

South Beach Market Place

South Beach Marketplace is a new, grab-and-go food and drink court serving as a casual counterpart to its existing variety of spectacular restaurants. Located right off the casino floor, South Beach Marketplace offers an array of quick-food choices, seating for up to 90 people, and round-the-clock hours of operation. It was developed under the direction of Tropicana Executive Chef George Bargisen, who joined the Tropicana Team in October 2009. South Beach Marketplace outlets include:

Pellegrino Pizza & Deli – An offshoot of Tropicana’s newly re-launched Italian ristorante Bacio by Carla Pellegrino, this casual counter-service outlet offers customizable pizza, by the pie or by

the slice, along with calzones, stromboli, burgers, hot & cold sandwiches, sides and breakfasts.

Starbucks – The first Starbucks on the Las Vegas Strip with a new generation of high-end design and the new Starbucks logo, featuring a full menu of hot and cold beverages, and a wide assortment of muffins, scones, fresh-baked pastries and sweet treats.

The Naked Spoon– Yogurt and gelato shop, with a vast selection of classic and tart yogurt flavors in a self-serve environment. Toppings include fresh-cut tropical fruit, classic candy, and healthy options including granola and organic nuts. The Naked Spoon also offers a wide variety of homemade gelato and naked smoothies.

Pool:

Voted the “Best Las Vegas Pool” and set on almost two acres, guests can experience the ambiance and be able to bask in the glowing reflection of our tropical pool right in the heart of Las Vegas. With a bright, tropical setting that embodies the vibrancy of the resort’s South Beach inspired theme, the pool features an expansive deck with lush landscaping, waterfalls, and private lounge spots. Guests can also try their luck at Tropicana Las Vegas’ swim-up blackjack tables.

Guests can lounge poolside on luxurious recliners, while several connected lagoons provide the ideal place to refresh in the water. The pool also premiers a number of exclusive cabanas, complete with fresh fruits, snacks, chilled towels and full bottle service in the heart of a tropical oasis. The cabanas are available for day rental in a number of sizes.

Spa & Wellness: Glow®, A Mandara Spa

For an indulgent experience which blends beauty with sun, beach and play, visit Glow®, A Mandara Spa. Offering more than 50 of the best body, skin, hair and nail care treatments for women and men, this re-energizing haven features nine, tranquil treatment rooms and a full-service salon designed in sand and wood tones, textured fabrics and stone elements. Located in the Conference Center.

Hours of Operation: Spa open daily from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.; Salon open daily from 8 a.m. – 7 p.m.

Fitness Center: Located inside of Glow®, A Mandara Spa, the luxurious fitness center

overlooks Tropicana Las Vegas’ award-winning pool and allows fitness enthusiasts to work out from dawn to dusk. This state-of-the-art facility features Technogym cardio, strength, weight and free weight equipment. Cardio equipment is enhanced by integrated personal TV screens and IPOD docking stations. The fitness center is complimentary to resort guests. Non-hotel guests and locals can enjoy for a fee of $25 daily, $65 for 3 days, or $100 for 5 days.
